The Role

• Platform Architecture & Development ：Responsible for the full-stack architecture design and development of the network self-service platform. The back-end is built based on Python (Django/FastAPI), and the front-end is developed with Vue/React, enabling the application and automatic provisioning of network resources.
• Network Automation & CI/CD ：Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Git/Jenkins), and write automation scripts using tools such as Ansible to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) management for network changes.
• Data Visualization & Analysis ：Integrate monitoring data from systems like NetScout, and develop network performance dashboards and reports with Tableau, D3.js or ECharts, delivering traffic analysis and fault prediction views for the management team.
• API Integration & Testing ：Undertake API integration with systems including ServiceNow and IPAM (Infoblox), and write automated test cases to ensure high availability of the toolchain.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Senior Development Competence ：Bachelor’s degree or above in computer-related majors, with 6–8+ years of relevant experience. Proficient in Python and at least one web framework, and capable of independently designing microservice architectures.
• Networking Acumen ：Unlike general developers, candidates are required to have an in-depth understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, SNMP, Netconf) and the ability to interpret business requirements from network engineers.
• Database & Tools Proficiency ：Skilled in the design and implementation of MySQL/MongoDB/Redis databases; familiar with Linux system fundamentals and Docker/K8s containerized deployment.
• Market Rationale Verification ：Such "senior developers with networking expertise" are in extremely short supply at leading enterprises including Alibaba, Tencent and foreign corporations (e.g., Cisco/Ericsson), and their salary packages are typically higher than those of pure network engineers.
