How you'll make an impact
As part of the team, you'll shape the design and implement purpose-built business applications for international clients. You'll be involved in the whole lifecycle of taking an idea into building and going live with a product.
You guide your colleagues in your team to success and optimize software designs.

You develop a deep understanding of the domain and the requirements of the project, so that we can communicate as business partners at eye level and introduce innovative ideas with conviction. Passion for software development. Through the efficient and appropriate use of technologies and tools such as C#, Angular, Python and Azure you will contribute significantly to customer success. We embrace AI augmented development and are on the forefront of using AI as a tool of empowering developers in their skill and creativity.
What’s Important to Us
With your university degree in computer science, you have acquired valuable knowledge in modern software engineering.
You have practical experience with full-stack development in the .NET ecosystem and the Azure cloud. You are experienced in modern web development frameworks like React or Angular.
You have a DevOps mindset and understand high code quality and automated testing as crucial.
You see AI-first software development as an exciting new opportunity, and you started using tools like tools like GitHub Copilot and Cursor.
You have some practical experience with the design of software systems, following a methodological approach, using concepts like DDD and hexagonal architecture.
You are learning and success-oriented. You are motivated to achieve ambitious goals in a team and to be in direct contact with the customer.
You speak fluent English.
You are ready to travel to clients in countries like Switzerland and Germany for a few days a month.
