We are looking for a skilled Senior .Net Full-stack Engineer for one of our customers based in the UK and their top-notch product - a platform offering industry-neutral investor onboarding clearinghouse for the private markets. It provides solutions for KYC, taxation, managed services, fund subscriptions, MLRO support, and more.

Responsibilities:
- Design, code, test, and implement .NET-based applications that meet business requirements and enhance functionality
- Optimize Performance: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring efficient, scalable, and reliable code
- Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify and fix bugs, as well as troubleshoot and resolve any issues in production and non-production environments
- Write Clean, Efficient Code: Follow best practices to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to coding standards
- Contribute to Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and improving the overall quality of the codebase
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for code, processes, and procedures, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding for team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology preferred
- At least 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Expertise in .NET core and strong knowledge of C# fundamentals
- Experience with React
- Comprehensive understanding of HTTP and APIs
- TDD experience and Entity framework
- MS SQL database
- Commercial experience with Azure
- Experience with Docker
- Hands-on experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, demonstrating a keen understanding of their advantages and disadvantages
- Familiarity with contemporary build tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms
- Robust experience with TDD and a nuanced understanding of its benefits and limitations as a development practice
- Knowledge of backend development paradigms and best practices
- Experience with at least one messaging queue system
Nice to have:
- Entity Framework
- Established track record of conceptualizing, designing, and deploying systems from inception
- Experience with caching frameworks
- Skilled in structured logging
