Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support high-load, scalable applications and services
- Analyze existing systems for performance bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Lead code reviews and drive engineering excellence across the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new business solutions
- Map business processes to efficient data models and algorithms
- Continuously explore and adopt emerging backend technologies and best practices
- Troubleshoot and maintain legacy systems while improving code quality and performance
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET technologies
- Proven experience building and supporting high-load SaaS systems
- Expertise with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and in-memory data stores (e.g., Redis)
- Strong experience with MS SQL Server—including schema design and performance tuning
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and their real-world applications
- Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and development automation tools
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in complex, distributed environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- High sense of ownership, accountability, and drive for technical excellence
