Senior .Net Developer (Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint and Azure)

Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a highly skilled Sr. .Net Develope to lead and manage projects utilizing Microsoft technologies and products. This role is central to driving project delivery, providing expert guidance, and fostering strong client relationships. The Dot Net expert will contribute significantly to Synechron’s strategic goals by enhancing Microsoft practices and methodologies, ensuring high-quality and efficient delivery of solutions.

Software Requirements

• Required:

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, Azure, and .NET technologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Preferred:

  • Experience with specific versions or advanced features of Microsoft products such as Dynamics 365 or Azure Solutions.

Overall Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects utilizing Microsoft technologies and products to ensure successful delivery.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to team members in implementing Microsoft solutions.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with project scope, timeline, and budget.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance Microsoft practices and methodologies to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
• Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy.

• Industry experience in technology or financial services is preferred.

• Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for adoption.
• Participate in client and internal meetings, providing status updates on project progress.
• Ensure project delivery meets scope, timeline, and budget expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is a plus.
