Senior .NET Azure Developer (AI-First Modernization)

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior C# .NET Developer with deep Azure expertise and a passion for modern, AI-driven development. You’ll play a key role in modernizing and scaling our SaaS applications—owning architecture, guiding technical direction, and delivering high-impact, production-grade software.

This is a hands-on role for someone ready to shape how we build and deploy cloud-native solutions—leveraging the AI ecosystem to accelerate delivery, optimize performance, and improve quality.

What You’ll Do

• Lead modernization and enhancement of core SaaS products within an Azure-first architecture.
• Design and deliver scalable, maintainable, and secure features aligned with the product roadmap.
• Architect and optimize solutions using Azure PaaS (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, SQL Database, Key Vault).
• Champion automation—build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and observability practices.
• Integrate AI tooling (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT-based agents) to boost code quality, velocity, and maintainability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Architecture, and QA to translate business goals into technical outcomes.
• Mentor and guide mid-level developers, fostering an environment of learning, innovation, and accountability.
• Stay current with advancements in .NET, Azure, and AI ecosystems—and proactively introduce new patterns or tools.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of professional experience in C# and .NET (Core or 6/7+), with a focus on Azure-based development.
• Deep expertise with Azure PaaS services and cloud-native architectures.
• Proven ability to design scalable, high-performing SaaS applications.
• Strong background in SQL Server, Entity Framework, and data modeling.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, with automated testing and deployment.
• Solid understanding of API design, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Early adopter mindset—practical experience using AI-assisted development tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and influence direction.
• Demonstrated mentorship or team leadership experience.
