SENIOR NCINO SUPPORT
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
Support the nCino Business Product owner and Digital Lending Solutions team within the bank's Office of the President organization. This team supports, primarily commercial, lending activity with development of solutions and partnerships to enable our lending team operations and to secure the safety and soundness of our transactions. This role, specifically, will support overall product ownership activities for our nCino platform such as product strategy / roadmapping , requirements design, change management, UAT process management, escalated issue management and liaison with technology and SalesForce groups.nCino is a keystone tool and an important accelerant for our business. This position will afford a successful candidate the ability to shape lending solutions, collaborate with other key, growing functions at the bank, and demonstrate crucial initial progress from a project into a sustainable platform, for our managerial and executive teams
Office of the President Division
Working within the Office of the President division, you will be part of the team that provides strategic support and guidance to City National's commercial lines of business with a strong focus on integrated and streamlined risk and compliance programs.
What you will do

  • Provide Level 2 nCino support to users across all lines of business
  • Document issues clearly and comprehensively as production cases, defects, or incidents in systems such as Azure and ServiceNow
  • Investigate any data issues and work with upstream/downstream system contacts to resolve production issues
  • Performance of elevated system administrative functions (e.g., field overrides, record deletion, form gen updates, etc.)
  • Assist in maintaining call metrics tracking for cross-LOB issues and produce ad-hoc reports
  • Support Success Metrics Strategy, Ongoing Reporting, and continuous process improvement


Must-Have*

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in financial services with exposure to commercial loan origination process
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a business analyst or role defining or translating business or functional requirements


Skills and Knowledge

  • Direct experience with nCino platform business ownership or management of functional capabilities strongly preferred
  • Experience working within an Agile development environment including coordinating training, testing, and change management processes
  • Certifications in Salesforce, nCino
  • Ability to drive consensus amongst differing business priorities
  • Sharp analytic skills with an ability to arrive at logical and quick conclusions, and to facilitate structured decision-making for teams and stakeholder group
  • Experience with relationship management, credit underwriting, closing and booking of customer and loan data
  • Ability to lead a team towards specific, measurable objectives
  • Experience with commercial loan origination, servicing, or collateral systems such as AFS, FIS, Moody's product suite preferred
  • Ability to take on increasing scope and level of responsibilities as this role evolve
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to convey messaging to a variety of levels of audience.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, see 'big picture', and employ reasoning and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in multi-tasking and prioritizing projects.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with knowledge of vlook-up, logical statements, pivot tables, macros preferred
  • Knowledge of CCAR or other regulatory reporting.


Compensation
Starting base salary: $111,408 - $189,738 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
