Essential Requirements:
  • 5 to 6 years of experience in digital design, multimedia content, and motion graphics (agency or in-house)
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva and Figma
  • Proven experience in designing websites and landing pages with a strong grasp of user journey and UX
  • Willing to work with Zoom Camera ON during the 8 hours shift
  • Willingness to undergo a background check

About the Role:
Outsourced Pro Global is supporting the growth of one of Australia’s leading property investment advisories. We’re transforming lives by helping everyday Australians achieve financial freedom through property. We’re seeking a Senior Multimedia Designer who brings bold ideas, storytelling power, and creative excellence across every channel. This role blends design, content creation, and innovation—making you the creative heartbeat of our marketing efforts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead creative vision across social, digital, web, and campaign assets — ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned output
  • Translate campaign goals into compelling creative concepts for social, lifecycle, and funnel marketing
  • Balance hands-on execution with strategic guidance for freelance/junior contributors
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing to define creative standards and performance benchmarks
  • Ideate, design, and produce static, video, and motion content across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, email, and more
  • Deliver engaging social-first content: Reels, memes, carousels, testimonials, story takeovers
  • Create multiple creative variations to support paid campaigns with the Growth Marketing team
  • Stay ahead of design and content trends for fresh, engaging output
  • Design websites, landing pages, and digital assets across the customer journey — from onboarding to retention initiatives
  • Produce creative assets for emails, webinars, newsletters, reports, and sales collateral
  • Must be efficient with building landing pages on Figma
  • Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Adobe AI, etc.) to accelerate and enhance production
  • Build creative templates, workflows, and processes for speed and scalability
  • Test innovative formats while maintaining quality
  • Align creative with campaign objectives and audience insights in collaboration with Marketing
  • Partner with Tech on UX/UI initiatives where required
  • Support PR, editorial, and thought leadership projects with impactful visuals
  • Share creative insights and learnings to improve results

Qualifications:
  • 5 to 6 years of experience in digital design and multimedia content
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in designing websites and landing pages
  • Expertise in motion graphics and UX design

Technical Requirements:
  • Windows 11 operating system or MacOS 13+
  • 256GB Storage space - minimum
  • 8-16GB RAM - minimum
  • Dual Core CPU - minimum
  • Camera: HD Webcam (720p)
  • Headset: Noise canceling (preferably)
  • Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimum
