Job Summary

We’re looking for a Flutter Engineer to join a dynamic team of product engineers and designers. You'll play a key role in developing and maintaining a high-performance cross-platform mobile application while ensuring seamless user experiences. The role requires expertise in Flutter, Firebase, and mobile best practices, along with a strong sense of ownership and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a Flutter-based mobile application for iOS and Android

• Ensure app performance, security, and responsiveness across devices

• Implement UI components with pixel-perfect precision and smooth animations

• Work with Firebase/Firestore for real-time data and authentication

• Write clean, testable code following best practices and UI testing with Playwright/Selenium

• Optimize app performance, handle asynchronous data, and manage offline support

• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to define APIs and data structures

• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and continuous learning sessions

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 2 years using Flutter

• Strong understanding of Dart, Flutter state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc), and RESTful APIs

• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Push Notifications)

• Familiarity with mobile performance optimization, animations, and accessibility

• Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and testable code

• Enthusiasm for collaboration, pair programming, and continuous learning
