We are looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to work on a project in the fintech industry.

You will be part of a distributed team developing new technologies to solve real business problems. A React Native Developer builds and maintains high-quality, performant mobile applications for iOS and Android using the React Native framework. This role involves creating reusable components, managing application state, integrating with backend APIs, and delivering smooth mobile experiences. It may also involve contributing to internal or public SDKs and working with native modules when needed.
We are looking for someone with good communication skills, ideally with experience making decisions, being proactive, and with good attention to detail.
What you will do:
- Develop and maintain scalable, reusable mobile components using React Native.
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, native-feeling mobile interfaces.
- Manage application state using tools like Redux or Context API.
- Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs and handle data synchronization.
- Optimize mobile performance, responsiveness, and app launch times .Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, testing and debugging.
- Contribute to the development of SDKs for internal or external use.
- Create or modify native modules when deeper integration with iOS/Android platforms is required.
What you will bring:
- You’re a mobile developer with proven experience building production-ready applications in React Native.
- You care deeply about user experience, code quality, and performance, and you’re comfortable working across the stack when needed.
- Solid experience with React Native and modern JavaScript (ES6+), with a strong understanding of component-based architecture and hooks. Experience managing mobile app state using Redux and Context API.
- Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data flows
- Understanding of mobile platform-specific behaviours, performance optimizations, and best practices for both Android and iOS.
- Ability to write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Experience with version control tools like Git and agile development workflows.
- Exposure to writing or maintaining native modules (Java/Kotlin for Android, Swift/Objective-C for iOS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with building and maintaining SDKs or shared libraries.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with a focus on continuous learning and team contribution.
