They design and manage solutions that help organizations boost engagement, motivation, and performance through customized rewards and loyalty programs. Their services are trusted by enterprise clients across various industries, ensuring measurable improvements in employee satisfaction and productivity.
PROJECT
This confidential product modernization initiative focuses on building a scalable, customizable cloud-based platform for managing incentive programs for enterprise clients. The solution combines public-facing user journeys with an admin/configuration layer, designed with a strong emphasis on flexibility, security, and future growth.
- Analyze requirements and create comprehensive test documentation
- Conduct manual testing of business logic, UI, and customization features
- Select appropriate test strategies and ensure adherence to the testing process
- Perform release quality control, including smoke, regression, and compatibility testing
- Utilize AI tools to enhance QA processes, including requirements analysis, test case generation, and documentation updates
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA engineers to ensure product quality
- Learn and apply basic automation tools (e.g., Playwright) for smoke and cross-browser testing
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices and AI-assisted workflows
- 4+ years of experience in manual testing for complex web-based platforms
- Strong skills in requirements analysis and test documentation creation
- Experience in UI, business logic, and customization testing
- Proficiency in smoke, regression, and compatibility testing
- Understanding of AI as an assistant in QA processes, with the ability to apply AI for routine tasks
- Basic knowledge of AI agents, prompt-based workflows, and AI-assisted documentation
- Familiarity with frontend/backend interaction and integrations
- Willingness to learn Playwright or similar automation tools
- Upper-Intermediate English level

- Basic experience with automation testing tools
- Knowledge of cloud-based platform testing
