The team
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Lead to oversee the design, development, and delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to guide teams and stakeholders through full project lifecycles.
The role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and customization of Dynamics 365.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Guide and mentor developers and functional consultants.
- Configure entities, workflows, plugins, integrations, and security roles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
What you’ll bring
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/CE/F&O/BC—edit as needed).
- Strong knowledge of solution architecture, Power Platform, and integrations.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, and Dynamics customization.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform certifications.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile methodology.
