Are you passionate about turning data into insights that drive better business decisions? We’re looking for a Senior Metrics Analyst to join our Intelligence & Insights team and play a key role in analytics, reporting, and performance measurement across the organization.
What you’ll do
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports that support data‑driven decision making.
- Analyze, interpret, and present key performance metrics with high attention to detail.
- Respond to ad‑hoc analytics requests, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Support process improvement, data governance, and analytics adoption across teams.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (including IT) to improve data flows and automation.
- Provide insights on historical performance to support leadership, projects, and bid requests.
Experience & Qualifications required
- 4+ years of experience in analytics with Clinical Research, Pharma, CRO, or similar environment.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Power BI, Excel, Power Apps, SharePoint, and MS Office.
- Solid analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- SQL or basic programming skills are a plus (not required).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Advanced English level
