Senior MEDITECH Revenue Cycle Consultant
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Contract (4 Months, Extension Possible)
- Daily Working Hours: Full-Time
- Travel: Hybrid – Project-based travel required

Project Scope
Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead MEDITECH revenue cycle implementations and optimizations across revenue cycle initiatives.
- Analyze current-state workflows and design system-enabled future-state solutions aligned to organizational goals.
- Design, test, and deploy MEDITECH applications and reports.
- Epic Experience is a plus
- Support training, go-live readiness, command center activities, and post go-live stabilization efforts.
- Collaborate with client leaders, technical teams, and vendors to resolve issues and deliver outcomes.
- Document configuration decisions, workflow designs, and testing results in accordance with project standards.
- Drive measurable revenue cycle performance improvement through technology-enabled solutions.
Qualifications
- Hands-on configuration experience with HB, Revenue Guardian, and/or MEDITECH Expanse/Dream.
- Expertise across middle and back-end revenue cycle functions.
- Experience supporting full MEDITECH implementations or large-scale optimizations.
- Strong communication skills with executive, operational, and technical audiences.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Ability to travel on a project basis as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting go-live command center activities and post-live stabilization efforts.
- Familiarity with front-end revenue cycle workflows including scheduling, registration, and patient access.
- Background working in complex health system or multi-facility environments.
- Experience working alongside consulting teams on client-facing engagements.
