iSchool is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Media Buyer (GCC Focus) to optimize and drive our advertising campaigns targeting the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. As a Senior Media Buyer, you will be responsible for developing and executing tailored media buying strategies that resonate with our audience and enhance brand visibility in the GCC market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement media buying strategies specifically focused on the GCC region across various digital channels, including social media, search engines, and programmatic platforms.
  • Leverage market research and consumer behavior in the GCC to create informed targeting strategies that maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Negotiate media buys with local and regional vendors to achieve optimal rates and placements.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance metrics, adjusting tactics to ensure the achievement of KPIs and ROI targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling ad creatives tailored for the GCC audience.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in the GCC digital marketing landscape and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders, offering actionable insights for future campaigns.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in media buying with a focus on the GCC market or similar regions.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the GCC digital landscape, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with media buying platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and analytics tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable media buying contracts.
  • Team Leadership: Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of media buyers.
