A fast-growing, forward-thinking media agency is seeking an exceptional Media Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join its Dubai team. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-impact accounts, develop strategic media plans, and collaborate with some of the region’s most recognised brands. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of data-driven media strategies across digital platforms, with a strong focus on performance marketing
Own and manage client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for all media planning, campaign optimisation, and reporting discussions
Build and present strategic documents and media pitches tailored to client objectives and business KPIs
Oversee the end-to-end campaign lifecycle including briefing, trafficking, optimisation, and reporting
Translate marketing objectives into effective media strategies that drive measurable business impact
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creatives, performance analysts, and ad tech specialists
Your Expertise:
4+ years of experience in digital media planning and buying, with a focus on performance campaigns
Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Deep platform expertise in:
CM360, DV360, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads
Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, X (Twitter) Ads
Proven success in building media decks, strategy documents, and campaign pitches
Excellent analytical skills with a data-first approach to media strategy
Strong understanding of media KPIs (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and experience optimising towards business goals
