We are seeking a to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion.  

What is this position about?  

We are seeking a highly skilled Data engineer with strong experience in high-touch implementations to join our team. The ideal candidate has expertise in Snowflake and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and is capable of managing complex data integration projects within secure environments.

You may work 100% remotely if you are currently living in LATAM, or you can always join us at the office!  

• Act as the Solution Architect for the entire MarTech ecosystem, including tools for customer segmentation, activation, and analytics.
• Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines between Snowflake, the CDP, and activation tools like Hightouch.
  Design and implement scalable data pipelines and transformations using Snowflake and modern data engineering practices.
• Integrate data flows across multiple systems, including Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Data, Engineering, Security) to align integration solutions with client and product requirements.
• Deploy and optimize medallion architecture patterns to support scalable and modular data processing.
• Operate within secure network environments, following best practices for data privacy, compliance, and infrastructure access control.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide timely, high-quality support to clients.

• Deep understanding of the MarTech ecosystem, including customer data flow, segmentation, activation, and measurement.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and building data pipelines that support marketing use cases.
• Familiarity with Hightouch or Matillion or similar Reverse ETL tools.
• Deep understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and data ingestion best practices.
• Proven experience with medallion architecture deployment in production environments.
• Familiarity with secure network configurations and data handling in enterprise environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.
• Experience working with modern data tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Fivetran).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) is a plus.

You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team. 

How much experience must I have? 

In order to thrive in this role, you must have at least 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Integration roles.
