The Philippines Senior Marketplace Supply Chain Business Analyst is part of the Marketplace Supply Chain team in Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I). The role interfaces internally at local and territory (Singapore) level with Commercial, Finance, Planning, Logistics, Marketing and occasionally Legal & Compliance teams.
There may also be engagement at regional level with Asia Pacific Latin-America (APLA) management and teammates. Externally the role is customer facing, working with the Nike Stores businesses on the order book and supply chain management of Nike Footwear, Apparel & Equipment.

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in end‑to‑end order management.
Customer‑facing experience with retail and supply chain knowledge.
Effective written and verbal communication, including strong presentation skills.
Proven ability to collaborate across functions and manage stakeholders.
Proficiency in SAP and Excel and strong data analysis skills (Excel) with the ability to interpret information for sound decision making.
Strong time management, prioritization, and critical‑thinking skills.
Wholesale & digital order fulfilment, Omni-channel & Retail acumen.
Experience with Winshuttle and Cognos is an advantage.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
This role is part of the Philippines Supply Chain team. You will manage the customer order book and drive supply chain execution with speed and agility. You will partner with other teams and customers to execute product flow, guide launches and initiatives and maximize inventory productivity with an eye for continuous improvements.
Manage end‑to‑end order fulfilment across Wholesale and Digital channels.
Work closely cross functionally to align “bottoms-up” shipping goals with “top-down” shipping expectations and support financial objectives set by the business.
Provide timely resolutions to issues and customer requests to ensure orders are shipped at the right time and place.
Timely execution of returns and claims request, ensuring account credit status is accurate.
Ensure quality, on time relevant information is in place to ensure transparency and visibility for internal partners.
Lead daily operations, ensuring orderbook fulfilment and operational standards are consistently executed and use data insights to drive decisions and process improvements.
Skills Required
- 4–5 years of experience in end-to-end order management
