Job title: Senior Marketing Science Analyst

Duties: Lead the development and execution of marketing analytic programs for customers. Oversee the collection, processing, harmonization, and review of data to build models, perform modeling, interpret results, and formulate key insights, charts, and reports for customer presentations. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to customers based on data-driven insights including helping customers understand their target audience, optimize marketing spend, and measure the impact of their efforts. Lead the team to continuously evolve and develop new ways of efficiently and effectively solving complex client business problems. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure that their business needs are met by identifying new growth opportunities and proactively using software tool enhancements. Provide guidance and mentoring to Marketing Science Analysts across technical and consulting competencies.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Marketing, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the position offered or related role
- 3 years conducting advanced and predictive analytics
- 3 years in marketing analytics including Marketing Mix Modeling, forecasting, and optimization
- 3 years applying analytic techniques for marketing, customer, and business applications
- 3 years building and optimizing big data pipelines, architectures, and data sets using SQL and Python/R
- 3 years developing and delivering client presentations based on analytics-derived insights
- Ability to use data to solve complex business questions and assess business impact
- Experience utilizing data analytic tools including SQL, Excel, and Python/R
- Experience leading data collection and validation with client teams and media agencies
