The Bringg Marketing team seeks a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to own the MarTech stack, develop and drive processes, analytics, and insights. This role reports directly to the CMO and works across go-to-market teams to ensure we meet our marketing and overall revenue objectives. The ideal candidate has exceptional analytical, communication, and technical skills and should possess a natural curiosity for how the business operates. 

Responsibilities include:
Technology management: 

  • Own technology roadmap, build and refine the marketing tech stack and data integrations 
  • Capture requirements and onboard new go-to-market tools 
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to optimize go-to-market processes, lead routing, data enrichment, and more.
  • Oversee bringg.com and zenkraft.com technology integrations
  • Research and suggest new tools and solutions to better manage data collection and operations

Operations: 

  • Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Sales and Marketing teams to prioritize technology and reporting needs
  • Partner with Marketing team to develop campaign, data and reporting processes
  • Train and educate the marketing and sales teams on marketing tools and data 
  • Monitor and communicate with sales team to optimize marketing-driven prospecting 
  • Create scalable processes, particularly for campaign develop and governance, including SFDC campaign setup, managing UTMs, forms, email templates and data field mappings 

Reporting and analysis: 

  • Partner with executives to develop reports / dashboards and analyze findings 
  • Leverage Salesforce dashboards to communicate progress against department goals 
  • Implement, manage and deliver marketing attribution reporting and insights
  • Develop consistent reporting cadences for campaigns and quarterly results 
  • Oversee Google Analytics reporting 

Requirements: 

  • 8+ years Marketing or Sales Operations experience with at least 5 years managing marketing automation systems 
  • Extensive experience overseeing a marketing tech stack, including managing data between tools such as Hubspot, SFDC, Leandata, ABM platforms (6sense, Terminus, etc.), Zoominfo, Google Analytics, and more. 
  • In-depth B2B account based marketing platform knowledge
  • Experience building actionable insights from multiple data sources 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage timelines with stakeholders 
  • Desire to seek constant improvements and growth 
  • Relevant BA/BS degree 
  • Certified in Hubspot or similar marketing automation tool 

Nice to have:

  • Previous supply chain or logistics technology experience 
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS organization

 

The salary range for this position is expected to be between $140,000-$170,000 annually. The salary range is determined by experience, seniority, and additional factors.
