We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role at the core of our CCMO organization. This leader will oversee and orchestrate end-to-end marketing initiatives, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality execution across all activities. The role is responsible for driving alignment between campaigns, product strategy, and overarching company objectives, while ensuring adherence to defined SLAs and operational excellence standards. As a central figure within the Marketing Management team, this person will manage a dedicated product family and act as a key connector across stakeholders to maximize the impact and value of our marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Senior Strategic SPOC: Serve as the primary point of contact for Product Marketing, GTM, Sales, Strategic Partnerships, and internal CMO teams. Drive cross-functional alignment, facilitate decision-making, and ensure clear expectation management across stakeholders.
  • Lead, Develop & Coach the Team: Manage and mentor a team of Marketing Managers and Marketing Specialists. Set clear objectives, ensure role clarity, drive performance management processes, and foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
  • Drive Performance & Optimization: Oversee campaign progress and business impact through structured reporting. Translate data insights into actionable improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness and operational delivery.
  • Govern Agency Partnerships & Budget: Manage external agency relationships, including briefing, quality control, and delivery governance. Oversee the associated operational budget, ensuring efficiency and value generation.
  • Champion Operational Excellence & Tooling: Establish and optimize marketing management ways of working. Lead adoption of project/work management tools, drive process standardization, and ensure continuous improvement across the department.

Essential Requirements: 

  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in marketing and/or marketing operations/project delivery, including people leadership experience.
  • Master's degree in Marketing.
  • Strong leadership skills, can-do attitude and growth mindset; ability to coach and develop team members and drive accountability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal), with ability to align cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project/portfolio management skills to handle priorities, timelines, dependencies and risks across channels and initiatives.
  • Strong marketing expertise (campaign planning, product launches, corporate promotion) and familiarity with digital marketing techniques and tools.
  • Analytical, data-driven approach to monitor performance, generate insights, and adjust strategies based on results.
  • Ability to manage external agency relationships (briefing, quality control, governance) and oversee associated budgets.
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and make quick, sound decisions when challenges arise.
