About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Director to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns.


On a typical day, you will…

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Identify and implement innovative and effective tactics to reach target audiences and generate demand.
  • Oversee and manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and achieve measurable results.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Implement and optimize automated workflows to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Utilize CRM data to track and analyze customer interactions, identify trends, and inform marketing strategies.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives.


What you’ll need to bring

  • Proven success in managing multiple marketing campaigns with demonstrable results.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills developed over 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and a minimum of 3 years working with HubSpot or equivalent CRM system.
  • Demonstrated track record of effectively working with and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in English language skills.
