The Role

About the Role:

We are in search of a strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead the charge for our integrated marketing campaigns to deliver business results. This role requires exceptional marketing skills – to identify guiding customer insights, tie them to an overall brand vision and guiding strategies, and translate strategy into impactful marketing campaigns with measurable results– efficiently and iteratively. Reporting into the Director of Marketing, this position will connect the dots across the organization to drive marketing excellence and leadership. The role will work on the top company priorities throughout the year, moving between FSA Store, HSA Store, and virtual care / telehealth partnerships.


Specific responsibilities:

  • Go-to-Market Planning Strategy and Execution: Establish the go-to-market vision, and marketing strategy for strategic initiatives, and communicate that vision and strategy across the organization.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaign briefs, define objectives, and coordinate resources for successful campaign execution.
    • Work with the creative team to ensure they are inspired by briefs to deliver compelling brand messaging.
    • Partner with channel teams (growth marketing, e-commerce, and creative) to ensure alignment on the overarching marketing objective and strategy to help execute our go-to-market plan.
  • Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
    • Outline KPIs that are specific, measurable, time bound, and tied to the business objective at the beginning of each campaign.
    • Build hypotheses to champion a data-driven, test and learn approach to optimizing user experiences throughout the funnel.
    • Lead post-mortem review of all key activities.
    • Work with the analytics team and performance channel / site owners to develop dashboards that can track the progress of campaigns and promotions in real time as well as afterwards.
  • Develop Product Messaging and Positioning: Craft compelling messaging and positioning for our products and affiliate (virtual care, telehealth) services, highlighting their unique value propositions and benefits to target audiences.
    • Uphold brand integrity and consistency across all marketing communications and touchpoints, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and positioning.
    • Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to continuously refine and improve product messaging and positioning.
    • Drive awareness, education, engagement, and conversion for our products and services.

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience strategizing, executing, and measuring campaigns in product marketing or integrated marketing across multiple channels (DTC and/or B2B2C).
  • E-commerce background is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Leverage your knowledge of product marketing to build competitive intelligence, customer insights, category trends and thought leadership. Champion the voice of the consumer and distill consumer truths into compelling insights.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to set KPI’s and interpret data and insights to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
  • Familiarity in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms and project management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated experience in external partner management and relationships to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Robust project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Compensation:

Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000
Discretionary Annual Bonus Eligibility: Up to 15%
