A Day in the Life:- Activate and leverage global, national and regional events and properties that fit within established local market business plan. Leverage local sampling opportunities.
- Execute events at all levels, including grassroots, for sports and culture that are relevant to the company other owned brands relevant to our key targeted consumers.
- Ensure quality of execution and all branding, logo use is in adherence as laid out by marketing.
- Entrench in the company portfolio in the local sport and culture scenes relevant to key targeted consumers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with opinion leaders in your market for the key image building scenes in sport, music and culture. With local network of opinion leaders, develop new ideas that bring the brand to life through local image building scenes in sport, music and culture.
- Own the sampling program by guiding the sampling teams for your respective region. Carry out large/medium scale event based product sampling operations. Manage these sampling effectively and ensure optimum output for your region converting into right consumer recruitment into the brand.
- Monthly post evaluation with reporting of all sampling activations through teams.
- Activate and leverage global, national and regional events and properties that fit within established local market business plan, leverage local media merchandising opportunities.
- Support marketing management in execution of annual business planning (ABP) for your region with monthly reporting of Plan vs Actual.
- Take full accountability of the ABP in your region for on time in full delivery.
- Identify and execute relevant promotional opportunities to increase brand presence leading to recruitment.
- Manage promotional items inventory and logistics to maximize brands’ exposure.
- Work directly with bottler and marketing team to determine what premium items are relevant to your respective markets , which could be utilized to drive brand imagery, recruitment during events.
- Determine volumes for each city and make sure we meet our quarterly deadlines.
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of ‐‐ Business, Marketing or similar field
- More than 5 years of experience in a Brand Management or Marketing position
- More than 5 years of experience in leading the execution of event, activations, and ambassadors
