About the Role: We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to drive the continued growth of PUBG Mobile in North America. In this role, you will be responsible for sustaining the game’s market relevance, deepening local player engagement, and executing high-impact marketing initiatives. You will serve as a key bridge between regional execution and global HQ, ensuring that our marketing efforts translate into long-term product health and a loyal community.

 

Responsibilities:

 Regional Strategy & Campaign Management: Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns for the North American region. Focus on maximizing the impact of major version updates, IP collaborations, and local seasonal events to maintain steady user activity and enhance brand reputation.

 Influencer & Content Ecosystem: Oversee the regional KOL/Influencer strategy. Focus on maintaining long-term partnerships with key creators and developing localized content that resonates with the evolving NA gaming landscape.

 Partnerships & Experiential Marketing: Plan and execute diverse offline activations and strategic BD partnerships to expand the game’s reach and strengthen its presence within local gaming circles.

 Operational Synergy: Coordinate closely with the China-based operations team to align local community and PR resources. Manage the full project lifecycle—from strategic alignment to localized execution—ensuring a seamless feedback loop between HQ and the NA market.

Who We Look For

 Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience in gaming marketing within North America. A solid understanding of the Battle Royale/Shooter category and the PUBG Mobile ecosystem is a significant plus.

 Balanced Skill Set: A proven ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven strategy. You should be capable of independently crafting and executing comprehensive marketing roadmaps for a mature product.

 End-to-End Project Ownership: Strong project management skills with a track record of taking marketing initiatives from concept to completion while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

 Market Insight: Deep familiarity with North American pop culture and gaming trends. Proficient in leveraging mainstream platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok) to engage different user segments effectively.

 Cross-Border Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working across different time zones and cultural contexts.

The expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $97,000.00 to $224,900.00 per year. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Employees hired for this position may be eligible for a sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Subject to the terms and conditions of the plans in effect, hired applicants are also eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability benefits, and participation in the Company’s 401(k) plan. The Employee is also eligible for up to 15 to 25 days of vacation per year (depending on the employee’s tenure), up to 13 days of holidays throughout the calendar year, and up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year. Your benefits may be adjusted to reflect your location, employment status, duration of employment with the company, and position level.
