We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who is as comfortable building a HubSpot workflow as they are writing a prospect nurture sequence or running an event from concept to close. This is a full-funnel, hands-on role at the intersection of brand, demand generation, and pipeline - one where your work is directly tied to business growth and measured against it. Reporting directly to the CEO and partnering closely with cross functional leaders, you will align marketing with revenue goals and own the systems, calendar, and content that make that happen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive full-funnel demand generation targeting named enterprise accounts within Magnet's ICP, with a focus on financial services and technology, converting net-new logos not currently engaged by sales
  • Build and execute account-based marketing programs aligned to a curated target account list, ensuring marketing is the origin point for new business conversations - not just support for ones already in motion
  • Report regularly to leadership on KPIs including net-new client revenue, expansion within existing accounts, ICP-qualified website performance, social engagement quality, and sales enablement adoption and satisfaction
  • Own and operate HubSpot as the marketing system of record, including contact management, list segmentation, email sequences, workflows, and pipeline reporting, with HubSpot dashboards serving as the single source of truth for revenue attribution and campaign performance
  • Develop and manage the content marketing calendar, including the newsletter, LinkedIn thought leadership, blog, executive content in support of the CEO, and sales enablement assets that give the Business Development team relevant, current materials to open and advance conversations
  • Plan and execute events end-to-end, from owned roundtables to industry conferences and partner activations, consistently and on schedule
  • Identify and support expansion opportunities within existing accounts, tracking marketing's role in opening new lines of business and departments within current clients
  • Manage the marketing budget with precision - tracking spend against plan quarterly and making proactive adjustments to maximize return on every investment made
  • Bring an outside-in perspective on B2B content, AI, and financial services trends, and translate them into programs Magnet can run

Required Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of B2B marketing experience, with meaningful time in a content, creative, or professional services environment
  • Demonstrated HubSpot proficiency - you have built sequences, managed contact lists, created dashboards, and used the platform to meaningfully influence pipeline and sales behavior
  • Account-based marketing experience targeting enterprise or Fortune 500 buyers
  • Proven ability to plan and execute events independently, on time, and on budget
  • Strong writing and editing skills - you draft the LinkedIn post, the nurture email, and the event brief yourself, without outsourcing the thinking
  • Comfort operating as the primary marketer with focused resources and clear, revenue-tied KPIs
  • A collaborative, low-ego approach to working cross-functionally with sales, creative, and leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience with or strong interest in AI, content, media, or creative industries
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms, marketing analytics tools, or CRM integrations beyond HubSpot
  • Background in any of the following: financial services, technology,  AI focused industries strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational discipline and a consistent bias toward proactive communication and on-time delivery

Compensation


$110,000 - $145,000 commensurate with experience, plus benefits
