Reporting to the VP, Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager, Customer Value owns the design and commercialization of differentiated customer value propositions across Superior's customer portfolio. Sitting within Marketing and working across the broader Commercial organization, the role converts customer insights, market intelligence, competitive dynamics, and business priorities into compelling offers, programs, services, and experiences that strengthen acquisition, retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.

This is the connective role between the teams that generate insight and the teams that execute in market. It consumes the outputs of Customer & Market Insights, aligns with Pricing and Product on monetization and solution design, and equips Acquisition, Retention, Sales, and Customer Experience with the value narratives and offers they bring to customers. The mandate is singular and clear: given what we know about our customers and markets, define what Superior should offer, how it should be positioned, and how it creates measurable, differentiated value.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the development and evolution of customer value propositions across customer segments, products, and service offerings.
  • Translate customer insights, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer experience feedback into differentiated offers, programs, and strategic recommendations.
  • Define value frameworks and messaging that articulate Superior's competitive advantages beyond price, including service, reliability, convenience, sustainability, and customer experience.
  • Partner with Pricing and Product teams to shape offer structures, bundled solutions, and monetization approaches that balance customer value and profitability.
  • Lead the strategy and commercialization of loyalty programs, protection plans, subscription and value-added services, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Equip Acquisition, Retention, Sales, and Marketing teams with value propositions and narratives that activate effectively in market.
  • Identify unmet customer needs, market gaps, and emerging opportunities to strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Develop business cases and commercialization plans for new offerings, services, and experience enhancements.
  • Assess the commercial viability, profitability, and return on investment of propositions and related initiatives.
  • Monitor proposition performance, customer adoption, market trends, and competitive developments, and recommend optimization opportunities.
  • Establish success metrics and performance measures for customer propositions, offers, and programs.
  • Serve as the organization's subject matter expert on customer value strategy and commercialization.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in customer strategy, commercial strategy, product marketing, value proposition development, marketing strategy, or a related discipline
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across insights, pricing, product, marketing, sales, and customer experience functions.
  • Experience in energy, utilities, home services, or other customer-centric, subscription or service-based industries is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated success developing and commercializing customer value propositions, offers, programs, or service solutions.
  • Track record building business cases and financial assessments that have shaped commercial decisions
  • Extensive knowledge of customer value proposition design, offer architecture, and commercialization strategy
  • Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening.
