Position Overview:

Reporting to the Lead, Engagement and Offers, the Senior Manager, Collector Engagement leads the earn strategy across the program – inclusive of all ways to earn. From Acquisition through the Top Collectors, this Sr. Manager is mapping and delivering a cross-channel lifecycle strategy that ultimately leads to earn regardless of way and partner in the program.

Building scalable solutions and journeys that lead with the Collector, the Senior Manager is hyper focused on lifting the Actives in program number and driving action week over week for our collectors – based on where they are in their journey.

This multi-channel customer experience is designed to optimally engage Collectors throughout their lifecycle and segment, based on their current level of engagement within AMRP (Blue, Gold or Onyx), including the communication strategy for onboarding, engagement and top collectors – including BMO card holders.

Success for this team is measured through Collector activity and engagement metrics (active Collectors, Collector profitability, digital engagement, W2E metrics). As well as building solutions and vehicles that aid in solving the need to deliver to partners at scale and in an automated way in the future.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct the development and execution of the Collector lifecycle strategy, from acquisition to onboarding, nurturing and retention.

  • Lead and direct the design and delivery a comprehensive top Collector Program, including acquisition and engagement with the BMO CC

  • Lead and integrate with Partner Growth + Automation teams to build solutions based on requirements and realities of scaling partner growth

  • People leadership and coaching, including resource allocation, hiring, talent development and performance management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of directly related work experience in Promotions and Marketing Communications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of Supervisory/Management experience

  • Significant experience in launching a fully integrated, multi-channel strategy

  • Significant experience in working in large teams of multi discipline nature

  • Expert knowledge of core marketing disciplines - research, data and analytics, planning and implementation

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Excellent in managing budget planning and forecasting

  • Expert knowledge of core marketing channels - promotions, direct to consumer

  • Strong experience in managing highly complex, large scale multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Strong experience with managing agencies and strategic partnerships

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Strong presentation & selling skills

Salary:

$86,000.00 - $160,000.00

Pay Type:

Salaried

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents AIR MILES’ expected target for the first year in this position.

AIR MILES’ total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards. AIR MILES also offers health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
