Join our dynamic marketing team as a Marketing Designer and help bring Farther's innovative wealth management platform to life through compelling visual storytelling. You'll be at the forefront of showcasing how we're revolutionizing the fintech space, creating assets that resonate with both financial advisors and their clients.
Working closely with our marketing and product design teams, you'll translate complex financial concepts into clear, engaging visuals that build trust and drive user acquisition. This role offers the opportunity to shape how Farther shows up in the world across all digital touch points.
Your Impact- Design engaging visuals and graphics for website, digital campaigns, and social media that highlight our wealth management platform features
- Develop creative assets for videos, sizzle reels, and multimedia content that showcase product capabilities and client benefits
- Create marketing collateral including email templates, banners, and event materials that align with our fintech brand identity
- Partner closely with marketing, product, content, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual cohesion across all touchpoints
- Support ad hoc creative needs that drive user acquisition and brand awareness in the competitive fintech landscape
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to reflect our cutting-edge technology and trusted advisor positioning
- Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing design work, with fintech or financial services experience preferred
- Proficiency with design and multimedia tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and After Effects
- Ability to translate complex fintech concepts into clear, engaging visuals that build trust
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities and tight deadlines
- Strategic thinking paired with strong execution capabilities
- Experience designing for B2B2C audiences in financial services
- Motion graphics and video editing capabilities
- Understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused design
