Primary Responsibilities
- Manage pursuit schedules from kickoff through delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Lead the writing, editing, and layout of proposals, qualifications, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with technical staff to gather, refine, and organize content.
- Plan, implement, and manage the company’s social media content calendar.
- Coordinate internal and external events such as open houses and tradeshows.
- Lead and analyze market research.
- Assist with internal tools, templates, and process improvements.
- Support mentoring of team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience is required.
- Computer skills necessary to enter daily timesheet data and use Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Time management and communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal skills and the ability to draft as well as edit documents such as e-campaigns, proposals, case studies, presentations, and resumes.
