Your Adventure Ahead
- Lead Growth Initiatives: Drive user growth and retention strategies, with a focus on scaling revenue for ShopBack Pay.
- Plan B2C Campaigns: Partner with top brands across F&B, Fashion, Beauty, and Home & Living, working alongside account managers to ideate and execute effective B2C marketing campaigns.
- Execute 360° Marketing: Manage campaigns end-to-end—from crafting pitch decks and securing buy-in from brand partners to launching across in-app, website, offline, social media, CRM, paid ads, and influencer channels.
- Project Management & Scaling: Spearhead and scale core marketing programmes to boost merchant participation and business impact; continuously optimize messaging and communication channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, operations, social, BD, and account management teams to deliver results for both ShopBack and our partners.
- Be Data-Led: Measure campaign performance, identify scalable growth opportunities, and translate insights into winning strategies.
Essentials to Succeed
- 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, campaigns, or business growth, ideally in offline retail, e-Commerce, or payments.
- Proven ability to drive outcomes independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, you make decisions based on facts, not assumptions.
- Creative problem solver with a can-do attitude and solid team spirit.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management capabilities, able to juggle multiple brand campaigns and tight deadlines.
- A strategic and creative thinker with a passion for delivering innovative marketing solutions.
- Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Cursor) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
