As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven insights to enhance our marketing strategies. You will leverage your analytical expertise to uncover opportunities, optimize campaigns, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing
Responsibilities:
- Use SQL / python / R / excel to query, manipulate, augment and analyze marketing data in general to identify trends, patterns, and key insights
- Utilize statistical methods to design and analyze A/B tests in the marketing channels and on the ecommerce website, providing valuable insights for campaign optimization
- Support acquisition efforts on platforms like Google and Facebook, providing data-driven insights and contributing to campaign optimizations through response models, customer NPV modeling, lift studies, marketing mix modeling, etc.
- Support retention efforts by digging into customers purchasing behaviors in general or with regard to specific campaigns / segments, and going through the subsequent hypothesis generation, testing, and learning process
- Dig into raw Google Analytics event data, discover browsing patterns and contribute to site personalization and optimization ideas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine marketing strategies based on data insights
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor marketing campaign performance
- Generate insightful reports and dashboards to communicate the impact of marketing activities and initiatives
- Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders
- Foster a collaborative and data-driven culture within the marketing department

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D.) in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data science or analytics role, with a focus on marketing analytics
- Background in ecommerce or fintech a big plus
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
