As a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Driving world class safety culture into daily operations
- Leading quality continuous improvement efforts
- Supporting & Collaborating with Planning organization to drive customer first metrics
- Managing Operating Expense budget for team and work group
- Managing production supervisors and team members with clearly defined roles
- Leading cross functional teams and programs to drive continuous improvement
- Implementing Lean principles into existing manufacturing processes
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a private, public, government or military environment
OR
- High School diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and nine (9) years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a private, public, government or military environment
AND
- Three (3) combined years of supervisory and/or leadership experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to develop people and build a culture of trust and cooperation
- Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing principles
Work location:
- Work location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at the 3M Guin, AL site.
- Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international
- Relocation: May be authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $124,127 - $151,710, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
