核心职责
1. 主导灵巧手总体架构设计：指骨机构、关节传动、传感布局、外覆材料与模块化接口。
2. 组织力控/触觉/视觉融合控制算法研发，实现稳定抓取与在手转位。
3. 统筹硬件样机、驱动板、电机与力矩传感模块开发。
4. 推动材料与仿生技术研究（柔性关节、触觉皮肤、仿生覆盖层）。
5. 建立灵巧手测试体系（力控精度、柔顺度、寿命、能效）。
6. 支撑双臂协作、末端工具与AI策略接口开发。
7. 管理团队（机械/电子/控制/算法），推进从原型到量产阶段。
任职要求
1. 机械电子/机器人/控制工程硕士及以上学历；
2. 10年以上灵巧手或末端执行器开发经验；
3. 精通多指机构、微电机驱动、力矩/触觉传感；
4. 熟悉材料与制造工艺（PA、TPU、柔性结构）；有完整样机/产品落地经验者优先。

Skills Required
- Master's degree in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering, Robotics, or Control Engineering
- 10+ years experience in dexterous hand or end-effector development
- Proven expertise in multi-finger mechanisms, micro motor drives, and torque/ tactile sensing
- Experience developing force-control, tactile and vision-fusion control algorithms
- Experience with hardware prototyping: driver boards, motors, torque sensing modules
- Familiarity with materials and manufacturing processes (PA, TPU, flexible structures)
- Complete prototype-to-product commercialization experience
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams (mechanical/electronic/control/algorithms) and driving projects to production
