As a Senior Manager, Treasury Systems here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our treasury systems to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations. Your contributions will lead to improved financial performance, reduced financial risks, optimized cash flow, and enhanced stakeholder relationships.
You will report directly to our Regional Treasurer Americas and you’ll work out of our Charlotte location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the financial landscape of Honeywell by ensuring effective treasury management and financial risk mitigation. Your strategic insights will contribute to the company’s success and financial well-being.
ResponsibilitiesRESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the treasury management systems function, ensuring effective cash management, risk management, and capital structure.
- Identify opportunities and implement treasury-related business process improvements, including multilateral netting and cash pool structures via in-house banking.
- Develop and implement treasury strategies and policies to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risk.
Prepare regular treasury reports, including cash position summaries, liquidity metrics, risk assessment and investment performance. - Support cash forecasting, liquidity management, and investment activities.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in treasury management, with demonstrated progression in responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of cash management, risk management, capital markets, and financial planning.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective cash management strategies that enhance financial performance. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial analysis tools (highly preferred - FXall, Quantum).
The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.
The annual base salary range for this position is $160,000- $220,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
