We are seeking an experienced Rewards professional to join the team. In this role, you will play a key role in the design and implementation of high impact rewards programmes that are aligned with and support the Company’s strategic objectives, as it continues its transformation journey towards becoming a leading global asset manager and operator.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement rewards policies and programmes aligned with the Company’s rewards philosophy and strategic objectives to enable a high performance culture;
Support the Remuneration Committees of listed entities on executive compensation matters;
Lead the annual remuneration review cycle, ensuring internal equity and external market competitiveness through robust benchmarking and analytical insights;
Oversee incentive programmes including short- and long- term incentive and share based plans to align reward outcomes with long term value creation;
Manage employee benefits programmes including insurance, leave and flexible benefits schemes;
Oversee the performance management framework to strengthen organisational capability and individual performance;
Develop and review international mobility policies that support the Company’s global growth and workforce mobility needs.
To be successful in the role, you should possess the following:
Strong communication, analytical and influencing skills;
Strategic mindset with strong attention to details;
Solid experience in executive compensation matters;
Minimum 15 years of relevant rewards experience;
Degree holder in any discipline; HR- related qualifications preferred.
