Job Description

This role will report to the Vice President of Global People Partnerships . The Sr. Manager of Talent Management and Culture, will play a pivotal role in crafting and championing initiatives that:
- Elevate Talent Development: Design and implement innovative programs that equip employees and people leaders with the skills they need to excel and bridge skill gaps.
- Cultivate a Vibrant Culture: Lead the charge in creating a culture of accountability, recognition, appreciation, and engagement, fostering a strong sense of community that aligns with our company values and our business goals..
- Fuel Employee Success: Partner with business leaders and HR to streamline processes, identify best practices, and ensure a positive and fulfilling employee experience while improving effectiveness and efficiency of our talent model.
Talent Development & Culture Champion:
- Collaborate with business leaders and People Team to design, deliver, and track impactful talent development and culture initiatives
- Develop engaging content (or source external providers) to support learning and development aligned to our culture and values
- Identify and implement innovative and best-practice approaches to improve current processes
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops across the organisation at all levels (senior leadership to frontline)
- Measure and analyse program success through key metrics aligned to business strategy and industry best practices (Kirkpatrick, ADDIE etc.)
Culture Champion:
- Be a storyteller who brings Turnitin's culture to life, crafting compelling narratives that showcase our values and inspire employee engagement
- Lead the development and execution of engaging culture initiatives like ERGs, recognition programs, onboarding experiences, and more
- Serve as a trusted advisor to peers, stakeholders, and HR leadership on all matters related to culture and employee experience
- Strong and proven capability in visualising and presenting impactful operationally aligned content (development items and results) and operational outcomes of talent initiatives, aligned to the broader people strategy
Employee Experience Architect:
- Drive strategies to activate and promote our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to attract top talent and retain employees
- Ensure alignment of our EVP across our talent model from attraction through to exit and every facet of the employee model
- Partner with People teams to gather voice of the customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights that shape strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of increasing responsibility within HR, Talent Management, Communications, Marketing required, preferably with a global company
- 5+ years experience owning the global level engagement process (engagement surveys, construct , reporting, action plans based on the results, etc.)
- 5+ years experience with ownership and execution of Performance Management process on a global scale.
- 3+ years experience with qualitative and quantitative data to measure efforts, identify patterns and generate insights to drive business results
- People Analytics Experience nice to have.
- Bachelor's, Master's in business, HR or related discipline, or advanced degree in related discipline
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Strong project and program management skills, particularly cross-functionally
- Strong collaboration skills with all levels and functions, particularly in a global fast paced environment
- Self-starter, proactive and highly accountable and resourceful (owns and drives their initiatives completely)
- Creative and innovative, with strong instincts with talent development programs, culture and digital communications trends
- Experience working in a global environment demonstrating cultural dexterity
- Lifelong learner. Continually learning about and staying connected to what’s new in Talent Development, DEIB and Culture work and an ability to bring the outside in
- Strength of experience managing and driving accountability at all levels and within the team
Additional Information
The expected annual base salary range for this position is: $120,000/year to $150,000/year. This position is bonus eligible / commission-based.
As a Remote-First company, actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if extended, and is determined by work location and a range of other relevant factors, including but not limited to: experience, skills, degrees, licensures, certifications, and other job-related factors. Internal equity, market and organizational factors are also considered.
