The Talent Acquisition specialist plays a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across the organization. Working closely with hiring managers, Country HR teams, and other HR functions, the incumbent will develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver a positive candidate experience while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Responsibilities

1 Stakeholder Partnership and Collaboration

  • Partner closely with hiring managers, Country HR teams, and business leaders to understand workforce plans, hiring priorities, and talent requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR teams including Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development, and HR Business Partners, to ensure recruitment strategies are aligned with business objectives and employee value propositions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing market insights, recruitment trends, and recommendations to support informed hiring decisions.

2 Talent Attraction and Employer Branding

  • Develop and implement recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen the company's employer brand and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, professional networks, and recruitment partners.
  • Promote the organization's culture, values, and career opportunities to enhance candidate engagement and attract diverse talent.

3 Recruitment and Talent Pipeline Management

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, candidate assessment, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs through proactive talent mapping and candidate relationship management.
  • Execute targeted recruitment campaigns for hard-to-fill positions, including cross-border recruitment and partnership with external agencies where required.

4 Recruitment Processes and Systems

  • Support the implementation, optimization, and effective use of recruitment systems, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate hiring metrics and reports to support workforce planning and continuous process improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and enhance stakeholder and candidate experiences.

5 Compliance and Diversity

  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable employment legislation, data privacy requirements, and company policies.
  • Promote fair, equitable, and inclusive hiring practices that support the organization's diversity and inclusion objectives.
  • Maintain a consistent and professional recruitment process that delivers a positive candidate experience for all applicants.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in an MNC or renewable energy industry
  • Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Proactive and consultative approach to talent acquisition.
  • Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement capabilities.
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
