What You'll Do:
- Assist in the preparation of the annual operating plan and monthly forecasting processes, including the consolidation and in-depth analysis of financial and other performance data.
- Prepare and analyze recurring financial reporting and performance dashboards across e-commerce and retail channels, providing deep insights into key performance drivers, identifying risks, and uncovering strategic opportunities.
- Monitor financial performance vs. plan and help uncover insights behind variances
- Develop financial models to support business initiatives, such as new product launches, pricing & FX analyses, and setting and tracking key KPIs.
- Analyze and interpret financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and significant opportunities for improvement, helping translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Build an in-depth understanding of where the business is today and where it is trending in the future.
- Partner with functional leaders, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to provide strategic financial guidance and analytical support for their initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation of FP&A processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability, including integration of financial planning systems and processes into our parent company.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting, supporting month-end close activities and coordination with Accounting as applicable
What You'll Bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in strategic finance, financial planning and analysis, investment banking or accounting
- Extensive experience with e-commerce or DTC businesses is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and advanced financial reporting principles.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel; experience with financial planning software and ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

- Hybrid schedule: Must be willing to work at least 3 days a week in office
- Budgeted Compensation: $110K- $130K
