Job Description

This position will technically lead a development team to code scalable, reliable, maintainable, and secure applications with a focus on Agentic AI systems and enterprise solutions. You will plan, design and develop technical solutions and alternatives to meet business requirements in adherence with JLL standards, engineering principles, processes, and best practices. We are seeking an experienced engineering leader who combines deep technical expertise in Agentic AI with strong people management skills to drive innovation and deliver transformative AI-powered solutions.

Strategic Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical direction and leadership to a cross-functional engineering team specializing in Agentic AI and Enterprise level application development

• Cultivate a high-performance, innovation-driven culture

• Lead by example with hands-on approaches that demonstrate engineering excellence in AI systems

Agentic AI Leadership:

• Agentic AI Enablement: Architect, deploy, and scale Agentic AI systems that perform adaptive, autonomous operations—including multi-agent coordination, intelligent decision-making, and proactive remediation—across cloud and hybrid environments

Innovation & Integration:

• Developer Tools Innovation: Lead the creation and integration of intelligent developer tools (e.g., code assistants, automated testing, observability integrations) to increase engineering productivity, metrics and software reliability

• AI Orchestration & Event Automation: Implement and champion the adoption of AI orchestration tools to automate, monitor, and manage distributed agent workflows, data pipelines, and ML operations

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in software engineering discipline, with at least 3 years in AI Engineering role

• 4+ years of people management experience with managing team of seven plus individuals

• Product engineering experience that demonstrates thought-leadership and cross-functional influence in AI and automation domains

Agentic AI Technical Expertise

Core AI/ML Competencies:

·       Agent-oriented programming, multi-agent system design, and agent orchestration frameworks, Delivering Agentic AI solutions in production 

·       Advanced proficiency with AI orchestration and workflow tooling 

Programming & Development:

·       Advanced proficiency in Python, and experience in building scalable AI agent and LLM/SLM system development

·       Deep understanding of React, .NET, and SQL for enterprise application development

Specialized AI Technologies:

·       Natural Language Processing (NLP): Hands-on experience with tokenization, entity recognition, text classification, semantic search, and conversational AI system design

·       Agentic AI & Orchestration: Demonstrated ability to design and build agent-based solutions, including agent workflow planning, multi-agent coordination, and memory management

Strategic Program Management:

·       Program Management Rigor: Apply rigorous project management discipline—enforcing stage gates, entry/exit criteria, and structured feedback—to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvement across multiple parallel initiatives

·       Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with product counter parts, enterprise architecture, operations, and business leaders to ensure AI and automation initiatives are business-aligned, secure, and deliver tangible value

·       Establish strategic partnerships with vendors focused on GenAI, Agentic AI, and next-generation automation

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

·       Master's in Computer application, AI/ML or related field

·       10+ years of IT infrastructure, Platform Engineering, with at least 3 years in AI Engineering role

·       4+ years of people management experience with managing team of seven plus individuals

·       Consistent track record of shipping compelling AI technologies across multiple product release cycles

·       Executive Ready communications skills with ability to present at VP and CXO level 

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Certification in AI and Agentic AI is huge plus

·       Experience in Microsoft .NET technologies (C# and .NET Framework)

·       Effective collaboration skills driving changes at scale in AI domains

·       Experience in Agile Development and implementation of it’s methodologies

·       LangChain/CrewAI orchestration platforms

·       Multi-agent coordination, memory management, chain-of-thought prompting

·       Prompt engineering, RAG, model quantization

Enterprise Technologies:

·       React, .NET Framework, Python, JavaScript

·       SQL Server, Database Design and Optimization

·       ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps Integration

·       Azure Cloud Services, ML Pipelines

·       GitHub, CI/CD Pipelines, DevOps Methodologies
