The Sales Tech organization supports the Lead Platform, Core Infrastructure, and Community tools which powers our advisor workflows, lead management, routing systems, CRM integration, revenue operations and support community engagement.

This role is focused on delivery excellence, team coordination, and operational clarity. • Ensure clear documentation, planning, and delivery tracking for all engineering workstreams.

  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of engineering initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product Management, Technical Program Management, and business stakeholders to clarify scope, define success criteria, and ensure timely progress against the roadmap.

  • Communicate clearly and regularly with non-technical partners to provide updates on timelines, tradeoffs, and delivery status.

  • Manage dependencies across teams, coordinating with Web, Data, and Infrastructure groups as needed.

  • Maintain a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture centered on delivery reliability and operational excellence.

  • Implement and maintain lightweight, repeatable engineering processes that promote visibility and predictability.

  • Collaborate with peers to ensure alignment of engineering practices, code quality, and deployment standards across teams.

Technical Stewardship

  • Ensure stable operation of the Lead Platform and supporting services through sound engineering practices, monitoring, and incident management.

  • Partner with architecture and platform teams to adopt common patterns and technologies that support scalability and maintainability.

  • Champion the use of AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering velocity, while implementing guardrails and human review processes to ensure output accuracy and prevent risk to production systems.

  • Apply a pragmatic, iterative approach to delivering technical improvements within business constraints.
