The Role

We seek a Quality Manager who can drive the quality processes and shape the Test Strategy within multiple domains. The Quality Manager will work closely with Engineering and Product leadership to understand what testing approach is required to ensure we deliver Quality to our customers. The Quality Manager role requires an in-depth understanding of various testing methodologies and tooling. The Quality Manager will work with Quality Leadership (Functional, Automation & Performance) to define what good looks like and ensure we have the correct approach to our testing. They will require a strategic mindset that will give them a 2–3-year view of what testing approach ESW may require.

  • Define and implement testing strategies, processes, and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively to senior leadership.
  • Analyse quality metrics and identify areas for improvement then communicate effectively to senior leadership.
  • Ensure that Quality is at the forefront of the delivery.
  • Improving employees' existing competencies and skills and developing newer ones to support the organization's goals.

  • 6-10 years’ experience in a lead Position within a similar quality organisation.
  • Team leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Proven Track Record of Improving delivery Across Multiple Teams and Domains, Emphasizing Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
  • Intellectual curiosity, learning agility, and enthusiasm for tackling challenging problems.
  • Excellent operational organisation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills (data-driven, research driven).
  • Familiarity with agile technology development methodologies and tools.
  • Strategic mindset with regards quality deliverables.
  • Experience communicating with clients and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with an Dev Ops Environment.
  • Experience with Automation Frameworks.
