Position Overview

The Senior Manager - GTCO AI Program is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and executing a transformational AI-driven productivity program across the GIS portfolio. This role serves as the connective leader between technical capabilities, regional operational pods, and the OASIS product organization—a position of unique structural importance within DXC's transformation agenda.

The post holder will drive execution of a comprehensive portfolio spanning agentic operations, modernized work practices, security operations, business process services, and infrastructure/cloud optimization. This is a global role with accountability for delivery across multiple regions and implementation sites.

Key ResponsibilitiesProgramme Delivery & Accountability
  • Own delivery of committed productivity savings across the fiscal year and into annualized targets
  • Drive execution across a large portfolio of focus accounts and concurrent implementations
  • Establish and track key performance indicators aligned with GTCO transformation objectives
  • Ensure programme governance and escalation mechanisms are effective across all delivery teams
Portfolio & Capability Leadership
  • Lead and prioritize AI-driven initiatives spanning multiple operational domains including agentic operations, modernized work practices, security operations enhancement, business process services optimization, and infrastructure/cloud operations transformation
  • Manage the strategic roadmap of implementation activities across the portfolio
  • Allocate resources and capabilities to maximize impact and revenue realization
Global Programme Management
  • Run the global Programme Management Office (PMO) spanning four regions: UKI, Europe, Americas, and APAC
  • Establish consistent governance frameworks, reporting cadence, and delivery standards across regions
  • Manage programme budget, resource allocation, and interdependency resolution
  • Ensure regional stakeholder alignment and escalation protocols are effective
Stakeholder & Executive Management
  • Serve as Programme Board owner with executive reporting accountability to GIS AI savings commitment tracking at L2
  • Provide regular board-level reporting on programme status, risks, and realization metrics
  • Act as the primary interface between technical delivery teams, regional operational leadership, and the OASIS product organization
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve structural and organizational barriers to delivery
Organizational Integration
  • Establish this role as the connective leader bridging technical capabilities, regional pods, and product strategy
  • Shape governance and working practices to enable effective collaboration across silos
  • Build coalitions across GTCO transformation team, GIS leaders, and regional executives
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in programme management, digital transformation, or large-scale technology delivery
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-regional, cross-functional programmes with executive visibility
  • Strong understanding of AI, cloud infrastructure, and modern operational technology platforms
  • Proven ability to work across matrix organizations and drive collaboration among competing stakeholders
  • Experience with P&L accountability, budget management, and realization tracking
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and geographies
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience within DXC or similar large global IT services organizations
  • Background in GIS (Global Infrastructure Services) or enterprise operations
  • Prior experience in AI/ML programme delivery or digital transformation initiatives
