Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager Product Operations - Marketplaces who will lead the operations to run ID.me Marketplaces. This leader will be responsible for operationalizing ads and merchandised recommendations across website and emails. This leader will also be responsible for maintaining the Marketplaces catalog and store information.


Responsibilities

  • Ensures a high level of throughput and scalability by laying down clear playbooks
  • Focuses on efficiency using automation tools and Gen AI
  • Ensure thorough launch review and QA processes to reduce bad user experiences
  • Hires the best
  • Diagnose problems using First-Principles thinking
  • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for your operational areas
  • Write high quality, detailed requirements documents
  • Develop a program plan that incorporates interdependencies between functional areas
  • Operates a high-performance organization. Holds high standards, continually synthesizes the situation, and is able to anticipate risks.

Ideal Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience leading operations for catalogs, ads, emails, and websites for products with millions of users
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Deep understanding of consumer marketing automation and operations best practices; B2C experience is required
  • Strong spreadsheet, SQL, and analytical skills
  • Ability to drive clarity where there is ambiguity
  • Strength in applying processes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining room for flexibility and quick iterations
  • Thought leader with successful track record of communicating effectively with senior leadership

The annual base salary listed below for this role is based on experience, skills, education, relevant training and geographic location. Company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity, and benefits are available depending on the role.
