About Decision Sciences 

Decision Sciences is the intelligence engine within AEP, providing the predictive insights, optimization strategies, and decision-making capabilities that empower Experience Cloud applications. It bridges advanced analytics with actionable intelligence to enable proactive, dynamic, and personalized customer engagement. As the foundational intelligence layer, Decision Sciences supports AI Assistants, GenAI solutions, and automated workflows that deliver transformative business outcomes. 

What you'll Do 

  • Define the Vision: Craft the vision and strategy for Decision Sciences, establishing it as the intelligence foundation of AEP’s agentic framework. 

  • Drive Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve Decision Sciences capabilities, including predictive analytics, real-time optimization, and decision automation, ensuring they address customer needs and unlock new opportunities. 

  • Deliver Business Impact: Translate complex data and intelligence into actionable outcomes that empower businesses to deliver personalized, real-time experiences at scale. 

  • Inspire Collaboration: Partner with AI/ML researchers, engineers, and product teams to align Decision Sciences innovations with Experience Cloud applications, fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork. 

  • Build for Scale: Lead the development of robust, scalable intelligence services that empower businesses across industries to achieve measurable success. 

  • Elevate the Team: Foster a high-performing, inclusive culture, inspiring your team to push boundaries and deliver exceptional results.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $137,700 -- $273,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
