Reporting to the Sr. Director, Strategic Agreements, you will be part of a team of four based in Las Vegas. You role will be to lead the pricing strategy, analysis, and processes for land-based gaming for all Eastern Region and OK (this includes CIII, CII, and several tertiary markets such as HHR, IL VLT, Georgia COAM, and lottery games). The role is responsible for high-impact decisions, process improvements, and driving profitable, balanced growth within that segment. You will collaborate closely with partners in sales, product marketing, finance, legal, and other departments.
What You'll Do- Play an integral role in our ability to gather enterprise-wide value, from helping set revenue strategy to providing deal-level support and performance trend analytics.
- Improve and design processes to enable efficient analytics to win opportunities and enable insights.
- Enhance tools to track, lead, and review business opportunities before and after closure.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to walk interested parties through pricing recommendations and deal rationales
- Perform sophisticated and highly technical financial analysis for short and long-term opportunity evaluations.
- Use in-depth product, service, and market knowledge and experience when developing commercial proposals.
- Partner closely with Sales, Commercial Finance, and Legal to ensure agreements are financially sound and aligned with corporate strategy
- Act as a business partner to Sales – explain, defend, and “sell” pricing strategies internally to secure consensus
- Support high-value deals where exceptions to standard guidelines may be necessary
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, marketing, accounting, or economics.
- Experience leading pricing strategies – either in a pricing-specific, finance, manufacturer, or product marketing role. Including experience implementing and using value-based pricing concepts and practices.
- Advanced knowledge, experience, and understanding of financial analysis and modeling.
- Strong technical skills, particularly in Excel. Experience as a power user of Tableau, Power BI or similar analytics software.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
- Experience leading successful, sophisticated B2B negotiations.
- An MBA or a business-related Master’s program.
- Pricing training, such as a Certified Pricing Professional certificate or Pragmatic Institute pricing training.

$112,216 - $208,401 per yearOur goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
