What You'll Do
- Lead strategic initiatives that bridge business goals with marketing execution, including go-to-market planning for key products such as debt consolidation.
- Translate corporate and product strategy into actionable marketing plans, business requirements, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Develop business cases by evaluating performance trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing programs with broader company growth objectives.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, delivering insights that connect marketing performance to business outcomes such as revenue, acquisition, and ROI.
- Build detailed roadmaps for new marketing tactics and performance optimization initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Assess marketing channel performance vs. forecast to identify opportunities for optimization and scalable growth.
- Identify, recommend, and implement performance improvement strategies across key marketing channels to grow Total Financial Applications (TFA) originations.
- Establish and maintain performance guardrails and measurement standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment across campaigns.
- Deliver compelling presentations and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, synthesizing complex data and strategy into clear, actionable insights.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business strategy, performance measurement, or analytics within financial services.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic plans in collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Experience with list-based marketing strategy (e.g., direct mail, email).
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced data analytics; ability to independently query and analyze data sets.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize strategy and performance insights for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to link business strategy to marketing KPIs, optimize campaigns, and influence high-impact decisions.
- Highly collaborative, organized, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
