Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive media strategies aligned with client business objectives, supervising media plans to drive online conversions and growth.
- Oversee analysis of media campaign performance across clients, identifying strategic improvements, trends, and opportunities;
- Direct media research efforts to anticipate industry trends, best practices, and emerging channels; recommend innovative media mixes integrating traditional and digital platforms.
- Manage and optimize media budgets at portfolio level, ensuring resource allocation efficiency and ROI maximization across multiple partners.
- Champion advanced digital marketing principles, providing thought leadership on metrics like reach, frequency, engagement, and lead performance reporting to stakeholders.
- Mentor and manage cross-functional teams, including direct reports like the Digital Media Strategy Manager, fostering collaboration for integrated campaign delivery.
- Deliver executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations; build vendor relationships and negotiate media partnerships for competitive advantage.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Marketing, or related field.
- Postgraduate degree/diploma in Data Science, Analytics, Digital Marketing, or MBA is preferred.
