We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Manager, Performance Marketing, to lead and optimize our digital acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for a results-oriented marketer with a strong analytical mindset and experience in managing multi-channel paid media campaigns. Reporting to the Director of CRM, the Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and executing performance-driven marketing initiatives across paid search, social media, display, affiliate, and other digital channels.

This position will be based in Houston, TX or Columbus, OH.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Ability to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and promotions through paid channels.
  • Manage paid vendor partners and ensure paid media campaigns are being executed as expected, including but not limited to search (Google, Bing), social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest), programmatic display, TV Advertising, and affiliate.
  • Manage budgets effectively, allocating spend to maximize return on ad spend, drive incremental customer acquisition (feed the funnel), and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Utilize data analytics and attribution (online and offline) modeling to measure campaign performance and inform decision-making. Turn insights into actionable recommendations. 
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, merchandising, e-commerce) and external partners (agencies, vendors) to drive campaign success.
  • Create and manage test and learn roadmap – sharing out weekly/ monthly results cross-functionally
  • Knowledge of how marketing platforms and CDPs work together to achieve deeper customer segmentation, data enrichment, and personalization.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership and thought partnership across the organization, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
  • In addition to the above, the ideal candidate would need to be able to:
  • Deliver hands on experience and can deliver technical guidance, code reviews, and fostering a culture of high-quality, scalable web development.
  • Oversee and manage google tag manager, product feeds, google merchant center, and on-site schema.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with back-end developers and marketing teams to Improve identity resolution and deliver seamless and integrated digital experiences.
  • Drive continuous innovation by evaluating and integrating new tools, technologies, and processes to optimize site performance, SEO, and user engagement.
  • Audit and maintain GA
  • Calendarize owned marketing communications, build segments for campaigns, code emails and SMS communications, ensure flawless execution when scheduling, and report out on results from campaigns.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the fashion, retail, or e-commerce industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling paid media campaigns across multiple channels- turning data into strategic ideas. 
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and attribution platforms.
  • Expertise in audience segmentation, bid strategies, and performance optimization.
  • Experience working with affiliate marketing networks and programmatic advertising is a plus.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in an organized fashion working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a results-driven mindset.
