Blend is looking for a Senior Manager who is passionate about People Enablement to own the design, execution, measurement, and continuous improvement of a high-impact development program while helping establish the broader People Development function at Blend. This is a unique opportunity to architect and lead one of Blend's most critical strategic People Operations functions.

As a foundational member of this team, you will help shape the future of employee development, onboarding, performance management, career growth, and organizational effectiveness across a global workforce. This role requires a builder mindset, exceptional accountability, strong project management capabilities, and a passion for developing talent in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Lead Strategic Development Programs

  • Design, launch, and continuously improve Blend's flagship AI-first engineering development program.

  • Create learning journeys that accelerate technical capability, consulting effectiveness, business acumen, people leadership and mentorship, and client readiness.

  • Develop scalable frameworks that prepare employees and people leaders to succeed in rapidly evolving AI and technology environments.

  • Partner closely with business leaders, technical experts, and delivery teams to ensure programs and curriculum align with current and future business needs.

Design Learning & Development Experiences

  • Create and curate engaging learning content, curriculum, assessments, and development experiences.

  • Develop blended learning solutions incorporating instructor-led training, digital learning, coaching, cohort-based programs, and experiential learning.

  • Build career development pathways and skills-based learning frameworks across key employee populations.

  • Evaluate external learning resources, vendors, and technologies to enhance development offerings.

Drive Program Execution & Operations

  • Serve as the end-to-end owner of program strategy, implementation, governance, communications, and execution.

  • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while ensuring exceptional quality and stakeholder alignment.

  • Establish scalable processes and operational rigor to support global learning initiatives.

Leverage Data & Insights

  • Define success metrics and key performance indicators for all development initiatives.

  • Analyze learning effectiveness, engagement, retention, promotion, performance, and business impact data.

  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve learning experiences and organizational effectiveness.

Build the Future of Talent Development at Blend

  • Partner with People Operations leadership to design and scale onboarding, performance management, leadership development, and career growth programs.

  • Help establish the infrastructure, processes, and philosophy for Talent & Organizational Development across the organization.

  • Champion a culture of continuous learning, accountability, innovation, and excellence.

Qualifications

  • At least 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Development, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or related disciplines.
  • Experience in fast-paced technology, professional services, consulting, or other high-growth, fast-paced organizations.

  • Demonstrated success designing and deploying learning and development programs for global organizations.

  • Experience creating curriculum, learning content, competency frameworks, and development pathways.

  • Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

  • Experience developing technical, engineering, AI, data science, or consulting talent.

  • Familiarity with learning technologies and learning management systems, like Udemy, and modern learning methodologies.

  • Experience using data and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and drive decision-making.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence leaders across all levels of the organization.

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

About You

  • Self-starter and driven: You take ownership, anticipate needs, and do not wait for direction. You are comfortable working independently while staying connected to the broader team.

  • Strategic communicator: You can distill complex HR concepts into clear, actionable guidance. You present ideas with confidence and listen deeply to understand the business context before recommending solutions.

  • Cultural architect: You have a creative, intentional approach to building culture and understand the value of employee experience. You see HR not as compliance, but as a lever for how we attract talent, develop people, and retain our best.

  • Problem-solver: You thrive on ambiguity and complex challenges. You are resourceful, solutions-oriented, and can navigate competing priorities with grace.

  • Curiosity & Innovation: You are intellectually curious and excited about the future of AI and its impact on people and talent development.

  • Excellent attention to detail: You understand that great HR operations are built on accuracy, consistency, and reliability. You catch errors before they matter.
